Satisfaction Survey for Washington Convention Center

"About a year ago, I was introduced to a company that developed an online exhibitor survey for Convention Centers, which could easily and economically provide us with real-time feedback on the exhibitor experience. Our manual method of surveying in the past was difficult, awkward and time-consuming - when we actually got around to conducting them.

NADA contracted with Track Marketing Group to conduct a bi-annual salary survey. The questions had been used in previous years and the response rate was of the utmost importance.
Track Marketing Group designed the web site, sent out the invitations and calculated the statistics for the final report.
Overall, well over 1,000 responses were tallied and a final report was provided so that the client could have them printed and distributed in their monthly newsletter.
Overall, the design of the survey took no more than a week, as the client was on a strict deadline. Working within the timeframe was of the utmost importance and the client was very satisfied with the responsiveness of the team and the quality of the service.
