As your respondents take your survey, we will capture their responses in one of two ways.

Instant Feedback Survey - As surveys are completed, responses will be sent to you via real-time email. Perfect for quick customer satisfaction surveys or member inquiries that need immediate attention without extensive reporting and analysis of your data. Also ideal for surveys of a limited number of people.

Survey to Report - As surveys are completed responses are logged into a database. At set intervals, we will provide reports and graphs as outlined in the report stage. This option provides you with a data file which you can open in Excel so you can sort and review the data anyway you desire. Your respondents can go back at any time to finish their survey by simply saving their unique URL (without the use of cookies). We can also control access to a one time per person (using cookies) and a password opening screen.

With either option, we can provide an anonymous survey or provide identification codes that respondents can use that will allow you to tie their answers to their contact information.
