Dear Client:

Thank you for the opportunity to work with you on your interactive multimedia project. We are excited to get started!

This page contains links to various resources we may use for your project and some sample "look and feel" ideas. We will take care of all the creative and technical work associated with your project. We provide this page for your use in case you would like to be more involved in selecting among creative options. Tell us how much creative involvement you desire and we'll respect that.

The following stages are typical of most projects. They will not necessarily be completed in this exact order.
  • Stage 1: Define your project thru the TRACK marketing framework to make sure we are all focused on the bigger picture.

  • Stage 2: Outline the navigation map and define what assets such as video will be included.

  • Stage 3: Define a project plan including timeline, action steps, and team members.

  • Stage 4: Create sample graphics showing how the CD will look. This page can be a starting point to review what you like and don't like. We would also love to know about any web or CDs that you have seen that you like (for any reason).

  • Stage 5: Collect the assets and deliver to the programming team. This could include filming and editing of videos, photos and graphics, copy, web links, narration, music selections, and more.

  • Stage 6: Prepare a version to test. Edit and make corrections and prepare final copy for client approval.

  • Stage 7: Distribute the CD. This includes reproducing the CDs and mailing them to your target market.
