Price List for "Instant Feedback Surveys" Provided by Track Marketing Group

To determine the base price for your survey package, simply determine approximate quantity of questions in your survey (see chart below).

DESIGN & HOST ONLINE SURVEY: Programming of survey questions from your draft including the styles of radio buttons, checkbox, open ended, and drop down menus. Program web page of survey (can include your logo) and host at a takesurvey.com web address. Create thank you page with option to link back to your web site. The prices below include hosting and maintaining your survey for a period of one year. You can make changes to the survey as needed (includes up to 3 hours programming time - additional at $95/hr.) Renewal rates past one year are 50% of the base cost per year.

Cost for survey programming and hosting is dependent on # of questions in your survey:

If you have a special offer of discount pricing, this offer applies to the base cost (excludes additional survey related services such as report analysis, email, fax invitations) of your first survey - please mention the offer before requesting a price quote and we will include the discount on your price quotation.

Add $40 for every question above 30.

INVITATIONS: As an on-going survey, you may wish to promote the survey through various existing vehicles such as your invoices, letters, business cards, etc. In addition, we can design an invitation to take your survey and deliver to your target list as you desire.

Choices for delivery of invitation include:

Personalized broadcast email with link to survey (we can send with your name as the from name).
- Cost: $300 set-up fee and delivery fee of $38 per 1,000
Fax broadcast pointing to web link.
- Cost: $300 set-up fee and delivery fee of .28 per fax/per page (includes LD charges)
Postcard Promotion pointing to web link.
- Cost: click for price list.
Letter with actual survey in envelope (optional return envelope).
- Cost: call for quote

Need to have your data stored in a database and reported on?

The instant someone takes your survey, the information is sent via email to one or more addresses. The data is not logged in any other manner. If you need a survey solution that also logs the survey respondent data into a database and provides the option to report on this data, please review the "Survey to Report" survey pricing.
