Once we've designed the survey questions, we will build your survey online and/or in hard copy format (printed). Our web designers will make sure your online survey looks good as well as functions properly. If we will be providing a hard copy of your survey, we can provide scannable forms to insure high quality of data entry at the most affortable price.

Depending on your needs, we can provide a password protected opening page as well as an optional cookie to restrict people to taking the survey one time. We also design surveys where appropriate to have multiple pages and can use branching logic to take people through the survey based on their responses. For example, if someone says they never attend meetings, they would not see the questions concerning their experiences at your meetings.
